Most builds lose time in the handover between trades. Techsync carries the structural work and the finishing on one programme, so nothing waits on a contractor who hasn't arrived yet. We work across Kajiado, Nairobi and Narok, on homes, rentals, commercial units and boundary walls.

What we build

Every structure follows the same order. We carry it right through.

Stage 1
Foundation works
Setting out, excavation, hardcore, blinding, footings and the concrete foundation base.
Stage 2
Walling
Substructure and superstructure walling in machine-cut stone or block, up to ring beam level.
Stage 3
Concrete works
Columns, beams, suspended slabs and staircases — reinforcement, formwork, casting and curing.
Stage 4
Roofing works
Roof structure, trusses and cover in mabati, tiles or stone-coated sheets, ready for gutters.

Narok residence

Narok County · 2025–2026 · four-bedroom home

A full build on a cleared site: reinforced foundations, machine-cut stone walling, timber roof structure with stone-coated cover, then the complete finishing package including ceilings, steel windows and the perimeter wall.

Built from open ground on a greenfield plot. Strip footings cast in the excavated trenches, foundation walling brought up to oversite level, then block walling and the roof structure.

A two-storey home built in phases. Precast beams and blocks set out on site, ground floor walling in dressed stone, then the upper floor, plaster and steel window installation.

Finishing works

The stage where a building becomes a home. Taken on as a full package, or as single trades on a house someone else built.

Ceiling works

Gypsum and PVC ceilings, cornices, bulkheads, cove lighting and drop ceilings, including repairs and replacement.

Flooring works

Floor screeding, tiling, skirting and floor finishes for interiors, terraces and wet areas.

Steel fabrication

Gates, grilles, window and door frames, staircases, balustrades and canopies — fabricated and fitted.

Paint works

Surface preparation, filling, undercoat and finish coats for interior and exterior walls, plus repainting.

Gutter installation

Rainwater gutters, downpipes, fascia and connection to your rainwater harvesting tank.

Full finishing package

Ceiling, floor, paint and fittings on one programme, on a labour-only or supply-and-fit basis.
